Can I cancel or modify a payment or transfer?
You can cancel or modify your scheduled payment or transfer 1 working day before the transfer is due within the ubank app (iOS only at this stage) and in Online banking (computer/laptop).
- Navigate to the More tab and then select Scheduled Payments
- Tap on the payment/transfer you want and follow the prompts.
- Select Managing, then Payments
- Select the relevant account and select the green pencil to edit or delete
- Follow the prompts.
Please note: Once a payment or transfer is made, we’re unable to cancel it.
