Info on original ubank products

This FAQ is related to an original ubank product that new customers can no longer access. Head to our help centre if you want info about our current ubank products.

Can I cancel or modify a payment or transfer?

You can cancel or modify your scheduled payment or transfer 1 working day before the transfer is due within the ubank app (iOS only at this stage) and in Online banking (computer/laptop).

iOS app

  • Navigate to the More tab and then select Scheduled Payments
  • Tap on the payment/transfer you want and follow the prompts.

Online banking

  • Select Managing, then Payments
  • Select the relevant account and select the green pencil to edit or delete
  • Follow the prompts.

Please note: Once a payment or transfer is made, we’re unable to cancel it.
