How do I provide maturity instructions for my Term Deposit?
If you want to update your instructions digitally, please let us know at least 2 working days before maturity.
Log in to the ubank app (iOS users)
- Select Term Deposit account details
- Select ‘Set Maturity Instructions’.
Log in to Online banking (Android, laptop, desktop users)
- Go to Managing > Accounts
- Select your Term Deposit account
- Select Maturity Instructions
Please note: If you want to update your maturity instructions during the first 7 calendar days after opening your Term Deposit account, or in the 7 calendar days after the Term Deposit has matured, you can call us on 13 30 80.
